Excellent City Center Stay
proper kettle restaurant recommendation helpful transfer rooftop view
The room featured a proper kettle for making drinks. The location was in the heart of the city, a plus. The staff offered helpful recommendations for restaurants and transfers prior to arrival. The breakfast had a nice view from the rooftop. The room was a good size for a city hotel.
The lack of efficient double glazing was noticeable as street noise was present at times.

The reception staff were friendly and competent. They kindly provided guidance. They were super nice and helpful, going beyond their duty. The hotel staff were very attentive, and this added positively to my stay.

really good rooms and handy spot
clean room beautiful area great location
the room was spacious. furnishings was simple but attractive and very clean. breakfast area was beautiful with a nice city view. location is great to attractions, metro stations, and bus stops. i was like home for a week.
there was just one coffee packet in the room each day. we were two people in the room, i had to ask for another one. this was a bit annoying.

central location polite staff variety of pillows
i really appreciated the hotel's central location (it made exploring so easy). the room was clean, and i found the bed very comfortable. the staff was polite and always ready to help with any questions. i also enjoyed the variety of pillows provided, not too soft, and not too hard.
I was a little disappointed that the complimentary water was only available in the room upon check-in. I expected it to be replenished daily.
